Before you order, two important things
We don't lodge claims with plan providers. Once you have your invoice, please submit it to your plan provider within 24 hours.
Want your order shipped straight away? Simply order and pay upfront as a normal purchase, then claim reimbursement afterwards. The process below is only for orders paid through a plan.

How you order depends on how your NDIS plan is managed. Pick the one that matches yours.
You manage your own NDIS funds
- Place your order and pay upfront on our website, just like a normal purchase.
- After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
- In that email, click "Edit or view my order" to open your Order Status page.
- Click "Download invoice" to generate your PDF invoice.
- Submit the invoice through the NDIS portal for reimbursement. Done!
A Plan Manager looks after your funds
- Add your items to the cart and head to checkout.
- Important: enter the participant's NDIS number in the "NDIS Number / Company" field under Delivery Details.
- Select "NDIS (Plan Managed)" as your payment method.
- Complete your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email.
- Click "Edit or view my order" in the email to open your Order Status page.
- Click "Download invoice" and forward it to your plan manager for payment.
- Once payment is received, we ship your order.
The NDIA manages your plan
For orders of $1,000 or more, we can lodge the claim for you:
- Email us at hello@cmycubes.com with the participant's full name, NDIS number, the products you'd like to order, and the delivery address.
- We create a Service Booking in the NDIS portal.
- Once approved and payment is received from the NDIA, we ship your order.
For orders under $1,000, we recommend arranging payment via a self-managed or plan-managed option instead.
Common questions
How do I download my invoice?
Your invoice lives on your Order Status page. You can get there two ways: from the thank you page right after checkout, or by clicking "Edit or view my order" in your order confirmation email. Once you're there, look for the "Download invoice" button in the order panel, and click it to generate your PDF invoice, ready to submit to the NDIS portal or your plan manager.
I forgot to add my NDIS number during checkout!
No problem at all. Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us directly with your NDIS number and the participant's full name, and we'll update your invoice.
Do you ship before receiving payment from the plan manager or NDIA?
No. All NDIS orders ship after payment has been received, unless you're self-managed and have paid upfront.
Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items in my NDIS order?
Yes, but we don't split shipments. Your full order will be shipped together once every item is in stock.
What happens if my plan manager declines or delays payment?
We recommend confirming payment approval before placing your order. If an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, the order may be cancelled. If you're experiencing delays, reach out and we'll work it through with you.
